2015 metais buvo fiksuotas neatitikimas tiek pagal leistinas koncentracijas, tiek pagal išvalymo efektyvumą, dėl ko 2017 m. EK yra pranešusi Lietuvai apie pažeidimo procedūros pradžią. Todėl šioje lentelėje yra pateikiama informacija apie Kėdainių MNVĮ. Tačiau atkreiptinas dėmesys, kad 2016 m. duomenys rodo, kad šiame MNVĮ išvalymo efektyvumas atitinka direktyvoje nustatytus minimalius normatyvus. UAB „Kėdainių vandenys“ 2020 m. balandžio 6 d. pasirašė rangos sutartį „Kėdainių miesto nuotekų valymo įrenginių rekonstrukcija“ su rangovu AB „Panevėžio statybos trestas“.
